Refund Policy

Fazzas Occult World does not warranty or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. Examples of results obtained from other clients of Fazza’s Occult World may be used as a marketing tool and shown to Client for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed by Client as indicating any promised results or level of results.

  1. If you quit the batch before the program starts, after registration/ enrolling, there will be no refund.
  2.  If you have registered for a specific batch but you are unable to complete the payment in this case, your registration will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.
  3. If you have registered for a specific batch you cannot shift, or switch to the next batch. Engaging in such actions may result in blacklisting, preventing you from joining any future batches as well. In this case, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
  4.  If you decide to join a future batch. In such a case, you will need to go through the complete registration process again and make a new payment. Any amount previously paid for the old batch will not be considered for the new one.
  5.  Company makes this decision in each case individually and at its own discretion. In this case, the Client is obliged to provide all the information based on payment documents requested by the company.

Refund Eligibility:

  • No refund shall be provided if the Company has successfully generated a minimum of 10 qualified leads through digital advertising as part of the services offered.
  •  A “qualified lead” is defined as a potential customer who meets the agreed-upon criteria shared with the Client prior to the campaign’s commencement.

 Minimum Daily Advertising Spend

  • The Client is required to allocate a minimum daily budget of ₹1,000 for digital advertisements to ensure the generation of qualified leads.
  • Failure to meet this minimum ad budget nullifies any eligibility for a refund.

Refund Process

  • In cases where the Client believes a refund is warranted, a formal request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of campaign completion, supported by relevant details
  • All refund requests will be reviewed by the Company, and the Client will be notified of the decision within 14 business days of the request.

 Exclusions

No refund will be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Non-compliance with the suggested budget.
  • Requests based on personal dissatisfaction if the minimum lead count has been achieved.
  • Interruptions or delays caused by the Client (e.g., delays in approvals, provision of content, etc.).
  • If the Client decides to leave the services during the agreed-upon term of service.
